Association „Investors‘ Forum“ (hereinafter – association) respects your privacy. All personal data collected by the association will not be sold to the third parties. All data will be collected and protected by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 and other legislation. In processing personal data, the association shall abide by the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other legal acts regulating this area.

The association shall ensure the confidentiality of personal data in keeping with the requirements of applicable GDPR legislation (hereinafter – legislation) and the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, disclosure, accidental loss, alteration or destruction, or other unlawful processing.

2. What kind of personal data do we collect?

If you agree to get the news in our website www.investorsforum.lt, by contacting to us, by registering to the associations „Investors‘ Forum“, by filling a form to become the member of the „Investors‘ Forum“ association or by filling a form to become the member of clear business labeling initiative „Baltoji banga“ association administered by „Investors‘ Forum“ you are providing this personal information:

• Personal identity data, such as name and surname
• Company name which you represent.
• Contact details, such as telephone or phone number and e-mail that we can contact you with.
• Rarely, the association asks to provide your address in order to sent the invitation to an event.
• If you are member of the association, we will ask you to provide above listed personal data of your company employees and their signed agreement to provide and protect personal information.

3. Why is your personal data being processed?

Your personal data above listed above is kept and used for these purposes:

• Your email is necessary in order to inform you and send the invitations of the association events or conferences which is organized by association and our partners (for example, annual Investors’ Forum awards, political season opener, Forum with government and others). The association is inviting you to participate in our organized surveys. If a specific person’s participation is important to our events or polls, the association can call to you on the phone number provided willing to ask about your possibility to participate in events or polls.
• The information about the association „Investors Forum“ newsletter, where our activities are presented, events and other significant information related to association are sent to your email. The information about “Baltoji Banga” news are also sent to your email.
• If you were to receive our newsletters, willing to represent the interests of „Investors‘ Forum“, you would receive emails and phone calls regarding the news of our members, our achievements, our future plans and initiatives to improve the investment environment.

Get the newsletter, emails or contact directly through phone association can only these cases, when you agree with above listed information.

1.  How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data is kept until the day when you ask to delete it. Data which was provided in order to follow the association newsletter will be kept until you will be willing to get our newsletter.

1. Data processing termination

In order to terminate the newsletter you can press the link, which you will find in every newsletter of the association. In order to terminate any information sent from the association’s mailbox, you have to write an email to info@investorsforum.lt.

6. Whom may we disclose your personal data to?

Your personal data can be disclosed to companies, which provide services to association, e. g. companies which provide newsletter distribution or events organizating services. All these companies must ensure the same personal data protection policy, they can not use them for illegal purposes and needs to make sure their partners follow GDPR. If dispute is occurred, your personal data could be given to legal advisor.

7. Safety

Personal data is processed in a secure manner, using appropriate technical and organisational measures which ensure appropriate security of personal data. Personal data is processed only by association staff members and people according to 6 paragraph.

8. Events

If you participate in events organized by association you agree that photos, videos material, which was taken during the association’s events can be post publicly. The tickets to events are with your name. In order to change the attending people name you have to contact to info@investorsforum.lt. Organizers keeps a right to change agenda.

9. Your rights:

You have the following rights:

• The right to get information and know how your data is processed
• The right to access the personal data association processes about you
• The right to request us to rectify any inaccurate personal data
• Under certain circumstances, you shall have the right to request erasure or restriction of processing of the personal data.
• The right to delete your personal data
• The right to delete your photo, video
• The right to disagree with your personal data processing when personal data is based on association or third parties legal concern.
